The challenge
Green Hope runs varsity, JV, and a feeder program, with communication scattered across group texts and spreadsheets. They needed a public face for the program and a private one for rosters, film, and family updates — without adding admin work for coaches.
What we built
- ✓Full program site in Falcons branding: schedule & results, stats, rosters, record books, awards, news
- ✓Private Team Hub feed for families with categories for practices, games, forms, and gear
- ✓Coaches hub with evaluations and a film/video board
- ✓SWFL fall-league player sign-up with payment collection built in
- ✓Coach admin panel for every piece of content on the site
